Job Title: Full Stack Developer - React, Python, and Backend
Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates based in Eastern United States or Europe

Key Responsibilities:
- React Frontend Development: Develop and maintain the front-end user interface using React.js, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience. Collaborate with the backend team to ensure a smooth integration and maintain a consistent user experience across all devices.
- Python Backend Development: Create and maintain the backend services using Python, focusing on integrating with the front-end and ensuring efficient data processing and storage. Work with the frontend to ensure all API requests are handled correctly and consistently.
- Database Management: Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases to store and manage the application’s data. Develop and maintain database schemas that support the application's growth and performance.
- API Development: Create RESTful APIs to connect the frontend and backend, ensuring the application can scale with growing data and functionality.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UI testing to ensure the application's quality and reliability. Collaborate with the QA team to identify and fix any bugs and optimize the application for performance and stability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for both frontend and backend, including API documentation and README files, to ensure other team members can contribute effectively.
- Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on code quality and contributing to the development of best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Project Management: Manage assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results. Participate in project retrospectives and continuously improve processes to enhance team productivity.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development, continuously improve personal skills, and contribute to the team's knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in React.js, Python, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in web development, preferably with at least one year in full-stack development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Desired Skills:
- Advanced Knowledge: Experience with API development, database management, and continuous integration tools.
- Expertise: Familiarity with JavaScript, Node.js, and front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.
- Strong Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues.
