Buena macht alles rund um Immobilien so einfach und transparent wie den Kauf eines ETFs. Ob Suchen, Kaufen oder Finanzieren einer Wohnung. Wir tun das, indem wir Hausverwaltungen in ganz Deutschland übernehmen und in Technologieunternehmen verwandeln. In den vergangenen zwei Jahren sind wir mit weniger als 25 Vollzeitmitarbeitern im Headquarter zur drittgrößten Hausverwaltung Deutschlands geworden.

Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für unsere Recruiting-Kanäle (z. B. Social Media, Jobplattformen oder Events) und baust diese eigenständig aus.
  • Du unterstützt unser Recruiting-Team bei der Suche, Auswahl und Betreuung von Kandidaten für verschiedene Rollen in unserem HQ.
  • Du entwirfst Stellenanzeigen, testest neue Kanäle und führst erste Performance-Analysen durch.
  • Du recherchierst Talente, führst erste Vorgespräche und behältst den Überblick im Bewerbermanagement.
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie wir noch effektiver die besten Talente für Buena gewinnen können.

Qualifikation

  • Deutsch (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Du möchtest ausschließlich aus unserem Büro in Prenzlauer Berg arbeiten.
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Verlässlichkeit und Präzision.
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, ideal als Einstieg ins Recruiting.
