Lead Full-Stack Developer - React Native and Node.js
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in React Native and Node.js, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and feature-rich applications. This role is designed for a technical visionary and team leader who is passionate about innovation and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team in the implementation of new features and improvements.
- Design and implement robust and scalable backend and frontend architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth collaboration.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the industry, including React Native, Node.js, and other related technologies.
- Mentor and coach junior developers on best practices and development techniques.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize the development roadmap.
- Work closely with designers to ensure that the final product meets the customer's requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends in the industry, and implement changes where necessary to improve the team's efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in a Full-Stack Developer role, with experience in React Native and Node.js.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality, scalable, and feature-rich applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve technical challenges.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in React Native and Node.js, including knowledge of its latest updates and best practices.
- A strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6 and beyond.
- Experience with popular front-end and back-end development frameworks, such as Angular, Vue.js, and Express.js.
- Experience with testing frameworks, such as Jest, Mocha, and Protractor.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
