Position: Full Stack Developer - React and Node.js
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Node.js to join our dynamic tech team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Develop Frontend Applications:
- Create responsive, visually appealing UI using React.js.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure cohesive interfaces.
- Implement modern web technologies and frameworks for optimal performance.
2. Backend Development:
- Utilize Node.js for server-side scripting and application logic.
- Write clean, maintainable code for efficient application development.
- Implement RESTful APIs to integrate with the frontend applications.
3. Database Management:
- Work with SQL databases to ensure data integrity and efficient retrieval.
- Implement database queries and optimization strategies.
- Use database models to structure and organize data effectively.
4. Integration and Testing:
- Integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.
- Perform rigorous unit, integration, and system testing to ensure application stability.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to enhance reliability.
5. Documentation and Architecture:
- Create detailed documentation for both front and back end.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to architecture improvements.
- Ensure code is well-documented and follows best practices.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the frontend and backend developers to ensure seamless development.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Adhere to agile development methodologies and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend and backend technologies.
- Participate in coding challenges and team projects.
- Seek opportunities for technical leadership and mentorship.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in React.js and Node.js frameworks.
- Strong understanding of modern web technologies and front-end development practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database management.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and database optimization techniques.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a tech company.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and contribute effectively to a fast-paced development team.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
