Aufgaben

• Qualitätssicherung im Entwicklungsprozess – von der Konzeptphase neuer Projekte bis zur Serienreife
• Erstellung von FMEAs sowie Verantwortung für die Freigabe von Produkt- und Prozessqualität (PPAP/PPF)
• Qualitative Betreuung von Software-Projekten gemäß ASPICE
• Durchführung und Begleitung von Quality Gates sowie Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Rahmen von ASPICE, Functional Safety und Cybersecurity
• Überwachung der Qualitätsanforderungen, Fehleranalysen sowie Definition und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen während der Entwicklungsphase
• Freigabe der Design- und Produktvalidierung inklusive Präsentation und Vertretung der Ergebnisse gegenüber Kunden

Qualifikation

• Technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ASPICE (bis CL3), Qualitätsmanagement sowie relevanten Normen
• Sicherer Umgang mit QM-Tools und -Methoden, insbesondere FMEA, PPF und PPAP
• Kenntnisse in Hardware, Elektronik und Software im automobilen Kontext
• Erfahrung in Prozessplanung und -optimierung
• Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
