Aufgaben

Deine Mission

• Durchführung von Prüfungen: Du führst eigenständig Zwischen- und Endprüfungen an Bauteilen, Baugruppen und kompletten Systemen durch.
• Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards: Du überwachst die Einhaltung definierter Qualitätsanforderungen in der Fertigung und greifst bei Abweichungen ein.
• Prüf- und Qualitätsdokumentation: Du erstellst und pflegst Prüfpläne, Prüfprotokolle und qualitätsrelevante Dokumentationen.
• Abweichungsmanagement: Du analysierst interne und externe Qualitätsabweichungen und leitest Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen ein.
• Prozessverbesserung: Du wirkst an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Qualitäts- und Produktionsprozessen mit (z. B. 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA).
• Produktionsunterstützung: Du unterstützt die Herstellung der Drohnensysteme als qualitätsseitiger Ansprechpartner.
• Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Produktion, Einkauf und Projektmanagement zusammen – inklusive Begleitung und Bewertung beim Einfliegen der Systeme.

Qualifikation

Das bringst Du mit

• Technische Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Elektroniker), Weiterbildung zum Techniker / Qualitätsfachmann oder Studium z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
• Qualitätskompetenz: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätsstandards und -methoden, idealerweise inklusive Produktsicherheitsrichtlinien.
• Prüf- & Messtechnik: Sicherer Umgang mit Prüfmitteln und Messmitteln (z. B. Messschieber, Mikrometer, KMG) sowie Softwaretools, Prüfplänen, Prüfmittelverwaltung und Kalibrierung.
• Arbeitsweise & Mindset: Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denken und hohe Genauigkeit
• Kommunikation & Durchsetzung: Teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig, insbesondere bei Reklamationen und Eskalationen.
• Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
