Aufgaben

• Analyse, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Produktionsprozessen über verschiedene Fertigungsbereiche hinweg (z. B. Composite/Verbundwerkstoffe, Zerspanung, Montage, Elektronik, Metallverarbeitung)
• Identifikation von Verschwendung und Ineffizienzen sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (Lean, kontinuierliche Verbesserung)
• Durchführung strukturierter Prozessanalysen (z. B. Wertstromanalysen, Ursachenanalysen, 5-Why-Methode, Ishikawa-Diagramm)
• Aktive Unterstützung der Produktion im Tagesgeschäft bei Prozessabweichungen und Störungen
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Standards, Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessdokumentationen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Engineering, Qualität und Produktion zur Sicherstellung stabiler und robuster Prozesse
• Mitwirkung bei FMEA-Aktivitäten sowie Unterstützung bei der Industrialisierung neuer Produkte und Prozesse
• Unterstützung bei Prototypenaufbauten und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Übergangs in die Serienproduktion
• Definition und Überwachung von KPIs zur Prozessstabilität und Effizienz (z. B. Durchlaufzeit, Ausschussquote, OEE)
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungstechnologien und Produktionsanlagen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen (z. B. Produktions-, Maschinenbau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld mit klarem Fokus auf die Fertigung/den Shopfloor
• Breites Verständnis von Fertigungsprozessen; Erfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche ist von Vorteil: Verbundwerkstoffe, CNC-Bearbeitung, Elektronik-/Avionikfertigung, Schweißen/Metallverarbeitung, Montage
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Lean-Methoden und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung; Six Sigma ist von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, direkt in der Produktion mitzuarbeiten
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. ABAS) ist von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1, verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift)
