Wir suchen ab sofort eine/ einen Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Du steuerst eigenständig die Brands eines Konzerns - von der ersten Briefing-Phase bis zur finalen Abgabe bist du die treibende Kraft
• Schnittstelle ist dein zweiter Vorname: Du verbindest Kunden und interne Teams (Design, Video) und sorgst dafür dass alle am gleichen Strang ziehen
• Struktur ist dein Ding: Projektplanung, Timelines und Briefing-Management laufen bei dir wie am Schnürchen, auch wenn es mal eng wird
• Du stellst sicher dass jedes Deliverable vor der Kundenabgabe geprüft ist und unsere Qualitätsstandards erfüllt und die Zuarbeit des Kunden fristgerecht erfolgt
• Du behältst die Performance im Blick, erstellst aussagekräftige Reportings und erkennst Optimierungspotenziale bevor der Kunde danach fragt

Qualifikation

• Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kundenführung und im Account Management - idealerweise im Agenturumfeld
• Kommunikation ist deine Stärke: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, bringst Dinge auf den Punkt und weißt wie man unterschiedliche Stakeholder abholt
• Mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig? Kein Problem. Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und verlierst dabei nie den Überblick
• Performance Marketing ist nicht dein Hauptfach, aber du verstehst die Basics und kannst mitreden wenn es um Zahlen und Ergebnisse geht
• Du kennst dich mit Projektmanagement-Tools (Asana) aus und hast echten Antrieb Dinge voranzutreiben
