Wir entwickeln und führen als Kommunikationsagentur personalkommunikative Projekte in den Themenfeldern Prävention, Gesundheit, Bildung und Soziales durch, im Auftrag von Ministerien und Behörden. Insgesamt 50 Mitarbeitende in Köln, Berlin und Hamburg arbeiten dazu mit rund 250 freiberuflichen Pädagog:innen und unseren regionalen Netzwerkpartner:innen bundesweit zusammen.

Für LIEBESLEBEN – das Mitmach-Projekt suchen wir eine:n engagierte:n Projektmanager:in im Themenspektrum Gesundheits- und Bildungsprojekte. Der Fokus der Tätigkeit liegt auf der Koordination von Projektumsetzungen im schulischen Setting und damit verbundener Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Implementierung der Projektinhalte mit Landesministerien im Auftrag des Bundesinstituts für Öffentliche Gesundheit (BIÖG).

Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit (32–40 Wochenstunden) ab sofort zu besetzen und zunächst auf 1,5 Jahre befristet, mit der Option auf Verlängerung oder Übernahme in ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis. Neben bundesweiten Reiseeinsätzen und Präsenztätigkeiten in unserem Kölner Büro besteht die Möglichkeit zum mobilen Arbeiten im Homeoffice.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Koordination einzelner schulischer Einsätze im Bundesgebiet zur Implementierung des Projekts, inkl. Schulakquise, Planung, Organisation und Moderation
• Moderation der Planungstreffen, Fortbildungen und Verstetigungs-Workshops mit schulischen und außerschulischen Fachkräften
• Unterstützung bei Planung und Umsetzung von Kooperationen mit Akteur:innen auf Länderebene mit den zugrundeliegenden Maßnahmen, unter anderem die Co-Moderation und Dokumentation von Fachkräfteschulungen und Netzwerktreffen
• Unterstützung bei der (Weiter-)Entwicklung zielgruppenspezifischer Konzepte und pädagogischer Methoden (bspw. Schulungskonzepte)
• Erstellung von Protokollen und Dokumentationen
• Umsetzung der standardisierten pädagogischen Qualitätsmanagement-Instrumente

Das bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossene/s Ausbildung, Studium oder anderweitige aussagekräftige Qualifikationen im Bereich der Geistes-, Sozial- oder Bildungswissenschaften
• Erfahrung in der Koordination von Projekten im Bildungs- oder Gesundheitsbereich
• Kenntnisse im Themenbereich sexuelle Gesundheit / sexuelle Bildung und im Kontext Schule
• Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Lehrkräften sowie (außer)schulischen Fachkräften und ggf. Fachkräften auf ministerialer Ebene
• Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von Schulungs-/Workshops- oder Fortbildungskonzepten
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft für bundesweite Einsätze
• Professionalität und souveränes Auftreten gepaart mit eigenständiger, sorgfältiger und zielorientierter Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
