Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Koordination in Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik und Versand, inklusive Auftragszuweisung
• Effiziente Ressourcenplanung und -steuerung von Aufträgen unter Berücksichtigung aller betrieblichen Ressourcen, Dokumentation und Systempflege
• Sicherstellung einer optimalen Materialverfügbarkeit zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs inklusive Erstellung, Änderung und Prüfung von Fertigungsdokumenten
• Implementierung und Optimierung der Arbeitsvorbereitungsprozesse, um eine effiziente Arbeitsgestaltung zu gewährleisten
• Agieren als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Kunden bei Fragen zur Arbeitsvorbereitung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche
• Disposition und Implementierung von kundenspezifischen Sonderanfertigungen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d) von Vorteil
• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Elektronik / Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert
• Erfahrung im Bereich Fertigungsplanung, Prozessentwicklung und sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
• Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Erfahrung in der Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen
• Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamgeist
• Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative
• Begeistert dafür, durch innovative Konzepte die Fertigung für die Zukunft fit zu machen
