Job Description

Wir sind ein wachsendes Energieberatungs- und Planungsbüro mit Sitz in Tostedt, im Speckgürtel von Hamburg. Unser Team besteht aus 19 engagierten Kolleginnen und Kollegen – von Planern und Ingenieuren bis hin zu Bautechnikern und kaufmännischen Mitarbeitenden.

Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden bei Bauvorhaben aller Art – sei es Neubau oder Bestandsgebäude, Wohn- oder Nichtwohngebäude. Unser Service umfasst die persönliche Beratung vor Ort, die Prüfung von Angeboten, die Beantragung von Fördermitteln sowie die Erstellung aller notwendigen Planungen und Berechnungen. Wir begleiten die Projekte bis zur Abnahme, prüfen Rechnungen und kümmern uns um die Auszahlung der Fördermittel.

Da unser Arbeitsaufkommen stetig wächst und unsere Projekte immer umfangreicher werden, suchen wir tatkräftige Unterstützung, um weiterhin die besten Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu realisieren.

Aufgaben

• Du erstellst Energieausweise (Bedarfs- und Verbrauchsausweise) für Wohn- und Nichtwohngebäude
• Du entwickelst individuelle Sanierungsfahrpläne (iSFP) und bewertest Maßnahmen hinsichtlich Energieeffizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Du führst energetische Fachplanungen sowie Wärmeschutznachweise durch
• Du planst und begleitest anspruchsvolle Effizienzhauskonzepte für Wohn- und Nichtwohngebäude – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
• Du berätst Hausbesitzer zu energetischen Modernisierungen und nachhaltigen Sanierungslösungen
• Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Auswahl, Beantragung und Abwicklung passender Fördermittel und Förderprogramme
• Du arbeitest eng mit Architekten, Fachplanern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten zusammen und koordinierst die Abstimmung im Projekt

Qualifikation

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Architektur (Bachelor oder Master) oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung mit Meistertitel
• Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der energetischen Sanierung von Bestandsgebäuden
• Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Energieausweisen sowie individuellen Sanierungsfahrplänen (iSFP)
• Du kennst dich mit Förderprogrammen und Fördermitteln (z. B. BAFA und KfW) aus
• Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Energieverbräuche, CO₂-Bilanzen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen mit
• Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick
• Du denkst lösungsorientiert, arbeitest gerne im Team und überzeugst durch Engagement sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Du kommunizierst sicher, trittst freundlich und professionell auf und hast Freude daran, Kunden kompetent zu beraten
