Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

Als Projektleiter Operational Excellence übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Optimierungs-, Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekte bei unseren Kunden. Du analysierst bestehende Geschäfts- und IT-Prozesse, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen, der IT und dem Management nachhaltige Lösungen. Dabei fungierst Du als Berater, Moderator und Projektleiter zugleich, verstehst die Verbindung zwischen operativen Abläufen und ERP-Systemlandschaften und sorgst dafür, dass aus Konzepten messbare Erfolge werden, Fortschritte transparent nachvollziehbar sind und Veränderungen nachhaltig verankert werden.

Deine Aufgaben

• Leitung und Steuerung von Operational-Excellence- und Transformationsprojekten
• Analyse und Bewertung von Geschäfts- und IT-Prozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
• Identifikation von Optimierungs-, Standardisierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
• Ableitung digitaler Lösungsansätze sowie fachlicher Anforderungen für ERP-, MES- und angrenzende IT-Systeme in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung, Qualitätsverbesserung, Kostensenkung und digitalen Prozessunterstützung
• Berücksichtigung von Datenflüssen, Schnittstellen und Systemlogiken bei der Gestaltung effizienter End-to-End-Prozesse
• Durchführung von Workshops, Prozessanalysen, Wertstromdesigns, Lean-Management-Schulungen, Audits und KVP-Initiativen
• Planung und Optimierung von Layouts, Prozessbeschreibungen und Materialflüssen in Produktions- und Logistikumgebungen
• Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Einführung von Lean-Management- und Operational-Excellence-Methoden
• Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder
• Begleitung von Change-Management-Prozessen und Unterstützung organisatorischer Veränderungen
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Lenkungskreisen sowie Präsentationen für Fachbereiche, Führungskräfte, Geschäftsführungen und Vorstände
• Sicherstellung messbarer Projekterfolge durch klare Zielbilder, KPIs und transparente Fortschrittsverfolgung inklusive Status- und Managementberichten
• Durchführung von Schulungen und Coachings zur nachhaltigen Verankerung neuer Prozesse und Methoden

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder Operational Excellence
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Management, KVP, Six Sigma oder vergleichbaren Methoden
• Erfahrung in der Analyse, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Geschäfts- und IT-Prozessen
• Sicherer Umgang mit agilen und klassischen Projektmanagement-Methoden
• Verständnis für ERP-Systeme, digitale Prozessabbildung, Datenflüsse und Schnittstellen zwischen Fachbereichen und IT
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz auf allen Hierarchieebenen
• Starke Moderations-, Konflikt- und Coaching-Kompetenz zur erfolgreichen Begleitung von Workshops, Audits und Veränderungsprozessen
