Seit 1967 bietet HRW innovative Lösungen im Bereich Gebäudetechnik. Wir sind Experten in technischem Facility Management und bieten umfassende Lösungen in Kälte-, Klima- und Lüftungstechnik sowie Schaltanlagenbau. Mit rund 50 Mitarbeitern entwickeln wir smarte und nachhaltige Lösungen, um unsere Kunden bei der Erreichung ihrer Ziele zu unterstützen.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Hamburg einen Projektleiter Kälte-, Klima- und Lüftungstechnik (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Projektleitung vor Ort: Als verantwortliche Projektleitung sorgst Du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf der Baustelle und überwachst die Ausführung sämtlicher Arbeiten in den Gewerken Kälte-, Klima- und Lüftungstechnik – von der Angebotsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an den Kunden
• Kommunikation & Schnittstelle: Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten und Nachunternehmer vor Ort und stellst eine klare, lösungsorientierte Kommunikation sicher
• Material- und Einsatzplanung: Neben der Disposition von Material und Geräten kümmerst Du Dich um die Einsatz- und Materialplanung für das gesamte Projektteam
• Personalführung & Organisation: Die Koordination und Führung des Baustellenpersonals sowie der Nachunternehmer gehören ebenso zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich wie die Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe
• Arbeitssicherheit: Auch die Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften liegt in Deiner Verantwortung
• Aufmaß: Zur Abrechnung und Materialbestellung erstellst Du Aufmaße und Montageskizzen
• Projektcontrolling: Du behältst Termine, Qualität und Kosten jederzeit im Blick
• Kalkulation: Du kalkulierst selbstständig Angebote für Deinen Bereich
• Dokumentation von Zusatzleistungen: Ebenso dokumentierst und bewertest Du außervertragliche Leistungen wie Zusatz-, Mehr- und Änderungsaufwände und bereitest diese zur Abrechnung vor

Qualifikation

• Du verfügst über eine Weiterbildung zum Kälteanlagenbauermeister, Versorgungsingenieur, staatlich geprüften Techniker für Kältetechnik bzw. HLK (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrung in der Projekt- oder Bauleitung sowie im technischen Projektmanagement mit
• Dein technisches Verständnis und Deine Führungsfähigkeit setzt Du aktiv bei der Baustellenführung ein
• Organisationsfähigkeit und durchsetzungsstarke Kommunikation zeichnen Dich aus und helfen Dir, Projekte erfolgreich zu steuern
• Deine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise hilft Dir bei der Baustellenführung
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen; CAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Ein gültiger Führerschein Klasse B rundet Dein Profil ab
