Unser Mandant ist ein wirtschaftlich stabiles, mittelständisch geprägtes Produktionsunternehmen mit mehreren Standorten in Deutschland.

Im Rahmen der weiteren Expansion sowie der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produktions- und Betriebsflächen suchen wir einen Bauleiter/ Projektleiter (m/w/d), mit Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte im Bestand.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Bauprojekten im Bestand (Umbau, Sanierung, Erweiterung)
• Koordination aller Projektphasen von der Planung bis zur Abnahme
• Sicherstellung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards
• Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister und ausführender Gewerke
• Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen wie Produktion, Technik und Einkauf
• Identifikation und Bewertung von Projektrisiken sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
• Erstellung von Projektberichten und Sicherstellung der technischen Dokumentation

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Projektleitung von Bauprojekten
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung mehrerer Gewerke
• Sicherer Umgang mit VOB und HOAI
• Erfahrung im Industriebau oder in produktionsnahen Umfeldern wünschenswert
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Umbau-, Sanierungs- oder Bestandsprojekten im laufenden Betrieb
• Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden wünschenswert
• Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
