Ihre Karriere in der Projektkoordination der Versorgungstechnik.

Mit BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in Projekten rund um Anlagensicherheit und Explosionsschutz. In Mannheim koordinieren Sie technische Abläufe, steuern Schnittstellen und stellen sicher, dass Projekte strukturiert, termingerecht und nachvollziehbar umgesetzt werden.

Aufgaben

• Projektsteuerung: Sie koordinieren und führen Projektmeetings mit unterschiedlichen Gewerken und Betreibern von Ex-Schutz-relevanten Einrichtungen durch
• Schnittstellen: Sie stimmen sich eigenständig mit Fachbereichen, Betreibern und der Instandhaltung zur Detailklärung der Anforderungen im Projekt ab
• Dokumentenmanagement: Sie identifizieren betreiberrelevante Dokumente wie Wartungspläne und weitere erforderlichen Unterlagen zum Ex-Schutz
• Nachverfolgung: Sie treiben Themen aktiv voran, erstellen Aktionslisten und stellen die Umsetzung von erforderlichen Maßnahmen sicher
• Sicherheit: Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
• Reporting: Sie erstellen Projektreports und Statusberichte mit zu Hilfenahme vorhandener Daten im SAP-System

Qualifikation

• Qualifikation: Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder Weiterbildung als Techniker:in, z. B. in Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Energie- oder Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung: Erfahrung im technischen Umfeld von Vorteil, idealerweise in der Anlagensicherheit, der Instandhaltung oder Projektcontrolling
• Fachwissen: Kenntnisse im Explosionsschutz (ATEX, BetrSichV, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen)
• IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office
• Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikation: Klar, verbindlich und sicher im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
• Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
