We are seeking an Exclusive Project Manager (PM) with a fixed-term contract in Tuttlingen. This position is a newly established role.

Our client is a Hidden Champion based in Tuttlingen, Germany, specializing in quality "Made in Germany." This family-owned enterprise is one of the leading providers in its field worldwide and currently employs over 200 employees in Tuttlingen.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the company's existing product portfolio.
- Execute end-to-end projects: scope definition, implementation, and follow-up post-go-live.
- Ensure projects meet agreed-upon targets in terms of quality, cost, performance, and time-to-market.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, supply chain, quality, and sales teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and conflict resolution while maintaining transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- Communicate clearly and structurally with stakeholders and provide regular reports on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with and actively participate in the development of project management processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering, engineering management, or a comparable field (or qualified technician).
- Several years of experience in project management in an industrial setting.
- Proven experience in managing improvement projects on existing products (quality, cost reduction, design changes, industrialization).
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, cost structures, and performance indicators related to products.
- Experience in Engineering Change Management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency with AI tools is preferred.
- Structured approach, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills, proactive attitude, and focus on customer and business goals.
- Capable of negotiating and willing to travel occasionally.
