Responsibilities
- Guide projects from initiation to completion, spanning multiple areas and ensuring a structured approach
- Support team members from other areas in methodically structured, goal-oriented, and process-compliant project execution
- Develop, prioritize, and track project goals, milestones, tasks, and dependencies, maintaining transparency for stakeholders and management
- Function as a central point of contact between project participants, moderating workshops and meetings, and facilitating decision-making
- Ensure the implementation and development of project management standards, especially through Jira and Confluence, and provide training in their use to colleagues
- Engage actively in the process management and drive improvement and standardization initiatives across various fields
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or a degree in project management or a related field, ideally supplemented by a project management certification
- At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in combination with classical, agile, or hybrid methodologies
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to develop skills in other areas
- Take responsibility, manage projects systematically, and communicate clearly with various stakeholders
- Think analytically and solutions-oriented, work team- and area-wide, and possess excellent German and, ideally, English language skills
