Beschaffung ist mehr als die formale Vergabe: Sie reicht von der Bedarfsermittlung über Markterkundung und das rechtssichere Vergabeverfahren bis zum Vertrag und der Lieferantensteuerung. Dieser Prozess ist komplex, regulatorisch dicht und über Jahre gewachsen – und genau hier setzen wir an. Du wirst Teil eines kleinen, schlagkräftigen Teams, das mit konsequentem KI-Einsatz eingefahrene Beschaffungsprozesse und in die Jahre gekommene Produkte konsolidiert, neu denkt und spürbar effizienter macht. Als Produktmanager:in bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Beschaffung, Vergaberecht, Anwenderbedürfnissen, Technik und KI. Du verantwortest, was wir bauen und warum – und sorgst dafür, dass aus regulatorischer Komplexität ein Produkt wird, das Menschen gern benutzen.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

• Produktstrategie & Roadmap: Du entwickelst eine klare Vision für unsere Beschaffungs- und Vergabesoftware und übersetzt sie in eine priorisierte, nachvollziehbare Roadmap.
• End-to-End denken: Du betrachtest den gesamten Beschaffungsprozess – von der Bedarfsermittlung über die Vergabe bis zum Vertrag – und führst ihn zu einem durchgängigen, schlüssigen Produkterlebnis zusammen.
• Konsolidieren statt vermehren: Du analysierst bestehende Produkte und Prozesse, identifizierst Redundanzen und Altlasten und führst Funktionalität gezielt zusammen – weniger, aber besser.
• KI als Hebel: Du erkennst, wo KI echten Mehrwert schafft (z. B. bei der Erstellung von Vergabeunterlagen, Prüfung, Recherche, Bedarfsanalyse oder Automatisierung wiederkehrender Schritte) – und wo nicht. Du steuerst diese Initiativen vom Konzept bis zum Release.
• Discovery & Anwendernähe: Du sprichst regelmäßig mit Beschaffungs- und Vergabestellen, Bietern und internen Expert:innen, verstehst ihre realen Arbeitsabläufe und leitest daraus belastbare Anforderungen ab.
• Umsetzung im Team: Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Design und Recht zusammen, schreibst klare Anforderungen, triffst Priorisierungsentscheidungen und begleitest Releases bis in den produktiven Einsatz.
• Messen & verbessern: Du definierst Erfolgskriterien (Effizienz, Kosten, Nutzerzufriedenheit) und steuerst das Produkt datenbasiert.

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement für B2B- oder Public-Sector-Software, idealerweise mit regulatorisch geprägten Domänen.
• Verständnis für Beschaffungsprozesse oder die nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, dich schnell und tief in komplexe regulatorische Themen einzuarbeiten.
• Erfahrung mit KI-/LLM-gestützten Produkten oder ausgeprägtes Interesse und Pragmatismus, KI sinnvoll einzusetzen statt als Selbstzweck.
• Du denkst in Nutzen, nicht in Features: Du kannst Komplexität reduzieren und Prioritäten klar begründen.
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, in einem kleinen Team breite Verantwortung zu tragen.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Beschaffung und Vergaberecht sind deutschsprachig geprägt), gutes Englisch für die technische Zusammenarbeit.
