Produktentwickler (m/w/d) – für thermoplastische Elastomere gesucht

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

• Du arbeitest an innovativen Entwicklungen von TPE-Compounds - vom Labormaßstab bis zur Produktion
• Du betreust technische Kundenentwicklungsprojekte eigenverantwortlich
• Du wählst neue Rohstoffe für TPE-Compounds aus und analysierst diese
• Du bist selbstständig für die Planung, Durchführung, Beurteilung und Dokumentation von Laborversuchen zuständig
• Du begleitest Erstbemusterungen oder Problemlösungen im Bereich Spritzguss und Extrusion bei unseren Kunden
• Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Analytik, Einkauf, Produktion, Produktsicherheit, Qualität, und Vertrieb zusammen
• Des Weiteren arbeitest du mit bestehenden und neuen Rohstofflieferanten zusammen

Qualifikation

Das macht dich aus:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Chemieingenieurwesen, in der Kunststoff- und Verfahrenstechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren Fach
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Kunststoffcompounds verpflichtend
• Erfahrung in Extrusion und/oder Spritzguss im Kunststoffbereich von Vorteil
• Theoretische Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Kunststoffprüfung wünschenswert
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2) sowie fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft zu Kundenbesuchen im In- und europäischen Ausland
