Aufgaben

Als Product Owner (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Produktvision- und strategie in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern.

• Pflege und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs
• Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in klare User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Design und Marketing
• Steuerung und Begleitung von Sprints und Releases
• Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung von Features
• Analyse von Nutzerfeedback und Daten zur kontinuierlichen Produktverbesserung
• Abstimmung mit externen Partnern und internen Fachbereichen

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Product Manager, idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld
• Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum/Kanban)
• Technisches Grundverständnis (APIs, Web-Architekturen)
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung und digitale Produkte
