In your role as Product Owner (gn), you will be the driving force behind our product development. Your goal is to create the best possible product for our customers. • You will take ownership of the further development of our platform - with a focus on scalability, user experience, and technical excellence
• You will manage and prioritize your product backlog, ensuring that requirements are clearly described and visualized
• You will create user stories that deliver real value and stay close to the needs of our customers
• You will guide implementation within the team, support releases, and ensure continuous product improvement
• You will actively use AI tools throughout the product development process - from requirements analysis and backlog management to release planning - thereby increasing speed and quality within the team

Your profile

• You have already gained extensive practical experience as a Product Owner (gn) in a digital environment
• A completed degree with a technical or business focus (e.g. business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, computer science, engineering, or similar fields) provides the foundation for this role
• A Master’s degree or comparable advanced qualification is an advantage
• You have an understanding of digital architectures, APIs, and web technologies to assess feasibility
• You don’t wait for instructions - you take initiative, seek solutions, think entrepreneurially, and bring a strong bias for action
• A high level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with digital products and processes - while critically evaluating and clearly communicating them—set you apart
• Your precise way of working and strong attention to quality and detail ensure a focus on both quality and deadlines
• Facilitation comes naturally to you: you can mediate between people and understand both technical and business perspectives
• You have professional-level German and fluent English skills
