Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Product Owner ERP (m/w/d), der die fachliche Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems Odoo vorantreibt — mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf Finance-Prozessen und der Möglichkeit, in München oder remote innerhalb Deutschlands zu arbeiten.

• Du verantwortest die fachliche Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems Odoo mit Schwerpunkt auf Finanzprozessen und den dazugehörigen End-to-End-Ketten — u. a. Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay sowie weitere relevante Buchhaltungsprozesse.
• Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, IT und weiteren Stakeholdern und klärst Ziele, Scope und Prioritäten.
• Du verantwortest den Backlog, überführst fachliche Anforderungen in umsetzbare Arbeitspakete, definierst Akzeptanzkriterien und stellst eine nachvollziehbare Dokumentation sicher.
• Du priorisierst Features, Tasks und Bugs und entwickelst das Issue Board strukturiert weiter.
• Du begleitest Roadmap-Themen End-to-End von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung.
• Du behältst Scope, Zeit und Budget im Blick und stellst eine transparente Kommunikation zu Status, Risiken und Entscheidungen sicher.

Was Du mitbringst

• Du bringst 5+ Jahre nachweisbare Berufserfahrung mit Odoo mit.
• Du bringst Senior-Erfahrung in Accounting & Finance im ERP-Kontext mit (z. B. Abschluss, Reporting, Kontrollen, Compliance).
• Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse agiler Arbeitsweisen (z. B. Scrum, Kanban) sowie klassischer Vorgehensweisen (z. B. Phasen-/Wasserfallmodelle, klassisches Projektmanagement) mit und setzt beide Ansätze je nach Kontext wirksam ein.
• Du überzeugst durch Durchsetzungsstärke sowie eine analytische, strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise.
• Du verfügst über einen kaufmännischen Hintergrund oder ein MINT-/Wirtschaftsstudium (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation).
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Pflicht); Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
