  • You own the functional development of our ERP system Odoo with a focus on financial processes and the related end-to-end chains — including Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, and other relevant accounting processes.
  • You drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, aligning on goals, scope, and priorities.

  • You prioritize features, tasks, and bugs and continuously improve the issue board with a clear structure.
  • You drive roadmap topics end-to-end from conception through implementation.
  • You keep scope, timeline, and budget in check and ensure transparent communication on status, risks, and decisions.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo.
  • Senior-level expertise in Accounting & Finance within an ERP context (e.g. closing, reporting, controls, compliance).
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (e.g. waterfall, classic project management), applying both effectively depending on context.
  • Assertiveness paired with an analytical, structured, and pragmatic working style.
  • A business background or a degree in STEM / Business (or equivalent qualification).
  • Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory); French is a plus; German is an advantage.

What we offer

  • Responsible, exciting, and varied tasks with plenty of creative freedom in a dynamic company that values flat hierarchies and an open, informal work culture where everyone is on a first-name basis
  • A friendly, open team of around 340 employees located in Munich, Leipzig, and Albourne (UK) — plus several lovely office dogs at our sites
  • Flexible working hours based on trust, home-office options including financial support for your equipment, and the possibility to work abroad for several months
  • 28 days of paid vacation, plus up to 20 additional unpaid leave days and special leave options
  • Various internal and external training opportunities you can choose according to your interests
  • Attractive employee discounts — for both humans and pets!

  • Don’t like reheated meals? Don’t want to wait for delivery? Use our fully equipped, high-quality office kitchen to cook your own meals or bake something delicious!
  • Enjoy free coffee, cocoa, tea, and a variety of cold drinks (water, juices, soft drinks), as well as fresh fruit, snacks, and a fully stocked candy drawer
  • EGYM Wellpass membership: With our subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership, you get access to thousands of sports and wellness facilities – including gyms, swimming pools, climbing gyms, yoga and Pilates studios, and many more. This allows you to stay active and support your well-being flexibly and nationwide – in a way that best fits your lifestyle!
