Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Product Marketing Manager (w/m/d) zur Verstärkung des Workist Marketing-Teams. Als unser erster Product Marketing Manager (PMM) baust Du die Funktion von Beginn an mit auf.

Diese Position ist ideal für Dich, wenn du bereits erste Erfahrung im Product Marketing sammeln konntest und mit Deiner Erfahrung das Product Marketing bei Workist mit aufbauen möchtest. In dieser Rolle wirst Du viel Kontakt mit den Product, Sales und Customer Success Teams haben und direkt an den VP Marketing berichten.

Deine Aufgaben

• Positionierung & Messaging für die Workist Produkte entwickeln und über alle Plattformen und Kanäle hinweg konsistent kommunizieren
• Plane neue Produkt Launches in enger Abstimmung mit Product, Sales und CS
• Versorge die GTM-Teams mit überzeugenden Materialien wie Sales Decks, Demo-Skripten, Battle Cards und Produktvideos
• Führe Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Buyer & User Research durch, teile dein Wissen mit den anderen Teams und erarbeite einen Competitive Edge für Workist

Dein Profil

• 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Product Marketing, idealerweise im Bereich AI/B2B SaaS
• Du hast die erfolgreiche Markteinführung neuer Produkte/Features geleitet, nicht nur begleitet
• Du begeisterst dich für gutes Storytelling, kannst komplexe Produkte klar und überzeugend erklären
• Du arbeitest analytisch und bemisst deinen Erfolg anhand von Daten
• Du arbeitest gerne an der Schnittstelle zwischen Product, Sales und CS und kannst gut koordinieren und planen
• Du erstellst gerne ansprechende Inhalte in unterschiedlichsten Medienformaten und bist sicher im Umgang mit den neuesten KI-Tools
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (nativ) und Englisch (weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus)
