TL;DR: Baue mit uns die Nr. 1 AI-ERP-Software des 30-Mrd.-€-Gebäudereinigungsmarkts in DACH. Wir haben PMF, über 700 Kunden, jetzt geht's ums Skalieren. Wir suchen einen Product Manager, der eng mit Founder und Engineering arbeitet, nah am Kunden denkt und Produkt mit AI auf ein neues Level hebt.

Aufgaben

Die Rolle und worum es geht

Du verantwortest zentrale Produktbereiche: von Discovery bis zum ausgerollten Feature. Du gestaltest unsere Roadmap, priorisierst stark, sprichst regelmäßig mit Kunden und triffst Entscheidungen zu unserem Produkt. Wir sind ein schlankes Team; du hast echte Ownership.

AI ist für uns dabei zentral. Wir prototypen mit AI, automatisieren interne Prozesse und bauen AI Produktfeatures. Du solltest Lust haben, dich hier voll reinzuhängen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Roadmap und Priorisierung: Was bauen wir, was nicht, warum
  • Kundeninterviews und User Research
  • Prototyping, Specs und enge Abstimmung mit dem Engineering Team
  • Daten- und Nutzungsanalysen
  • Mitgestaltung, wie wir unseren internen Prozesse AI-first bauen

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringen solltest

Must-haves

  • +2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktumfeld (PM, Associate PM, Product Ops, Founder, oder ähnlich)
  • Technischer Hintergrund: tiefes technisches Verständnis + Beherrschung mind. einer Programmiersprache (Python, JS, Typescript)
  • Strukturiertes und Daten-getriebenes Denken
  • Taste für geile Produkte
  • Spaß am Austausch mit Nutzern und Kunden
  • AI-first mindset: Aggressive Tool Nutzung, Experimentierung
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (wichtig für unsere Kunden)
