About This Role:
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Product Design team in Berlin. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping us lead the vouchers and coupons experience, creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions. As a key part of our team, you'll be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on throughout their shopping journeys.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Support product decisions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative research insights, discovering opportunities to improve our product experience
- Work within a cross-functional team, iterating on existing features and developing new ones for our platforms
- Partner with senior designers and researchers to validate concepts and improvements to the user experience with real users
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, etc. to communicate and document designs
- Contribute to native app experiences that go beyond simple web mirroring, following platform best practices to ensure a seamless user experience
- Test different design approaches with real users, interviewing them and generating user learnings
Your Profile:
We're looking for someone with UI & UX experience who is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation.
- Understanding and experience with digital product design examples that shows your problem-solving skills, your understanding of information architecture, user research and Interaction design, layout, typography and visual hierarchy
- You have user research experience to discover, validate and deliver your design concepts and solutions
- Experience working with design systems, thinking in terms of responsive, scalable systems; not one-off solutions
- You are skilled at using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Familiarity with front-end engineering, understanding how your prototypes will be built and factoring that into your solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, looking forward to partnering with our cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- You are interested and already use AI in your workflow
- Fluent in English, another language is a plus
