Deine Aufgaben

Data und AI sind Dein zu Hause? Des Weiteren gestaltet sich Deine neue Herausforderung wie folgt:

• Du gestaltest und leitest zielstrebig herausfordernde Data Science Projekte in einem interdisziplinärem Team
• Routiniert erkennst Du die Bedürfnisse Deines Kunden und entwickelst effektive, datengetriebene Lösungen
• Aus den Datensätzen Deiner Kunden extrahierst Du die für die Aufgabenstellung entscheidenden Daten
• Du kreierst innovative Lösungen mithilfe moderner Methoden aus den Bereichen Statistik, Machine Learning, mathematischer Optimierung und Visual Analytics
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem Tribe Lead (Vorgesetzte:r)
• Du kommunizierst Deine Ergebnisse erfolgreich Deinem Kunden und begleitest anschließend die umfassende Implementierung Deiner Idee zusammen mit dem Data Engineering Team
• Als Expert:in mit Fachwissen nimmst Du an Kundenterminen teil

Dein Profil

Data ist auch in Deiner DNA? Das solltest Du mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Data Science, Mathematik oder einem datengetriebenem Studiengang
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu kommunizieren sowie out-of-the-box-thinking
• Hohes Engagement für kontinuierliches Lernen und Erproben neuer Tools und Technologien.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Projekterfahrung im Data Umfeld, idealerweise in einem Beratungsunternehmen
• Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit Cloud Technologien (Azure, AWS)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Software Development (Python, object oriented)
• Praktische Erfahrung in Data Science Bereichen wie LLMs/NLP (z.B. Transformer, Conversational AI) oder Computer Vision (z.B. Stable Diffusion, OCR)
