We are seeking new employees (m/f/d) for the Customer Service division, where we will support our clients, assess their suitability for the Steuerberater exam, and strategize with them about their professional goals.

During the onboarding process, you will learn everything necessary to perform the job effectively. No previous experience in customer service is required, nor is it necessary to have knowledge of tax law.

- Prepare and advise our clients on telephone calls
- Plan and prepare free introductory meetings for clients
- Plan and prepare meeting details for our clients' advisors
- Visit trade shows, seminars, and other events to acquire new clients
