Bei uns arbeitest du an echten Projekten rund um Prozesse, Automatisierung, KI, digitale Tools, CRM und modernen Workflows. Du unterstützt uns dabei, Abläufe klarer zu strukturieren, wiederkehrende Aufgaben smarter zu lösen und digitale Arbeitsweisen in der Personalberatung weiterzuentwickeln.

Aufgaben

Woran du arbeiten kannst

Je nach Interesse und Schwerpunkt kannst du unter anderem an folgenden Themen mitwirken:

• Workflows analysieren und dokumentieren
  Du schaust dir bestehende Abläufe an, strukturierst einzelne Schritte und hilfst dabei, Prozesse verständlicher und besser nutzbar zu machen.
• Automatisierungspotenziale erkennen
  Du identifizierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben und entwickelst Ideen, wie diese einfacher, klarer oder effizienter ablaufen könnten.
• Tools und Schnittstellen recherchieren
  Du vergleichst digitale Tools, prüfst mögliche Einsatzbereiche und bereitest Vorschläge für die praktische Umsetzung vor.
• KI-gestützte Rechercheprozesse testen
  Du probierst aus, wie KI bei Markt-, Wettbewerbs-, Zielgruppen- oder Kandidatenrecherchen sinnvoll unterstützen kann — und dokumentierst, was wirklich funktioniert.
• Prompts entwickeln und verbessern
  Du testest, wie gute Prompts aufgebaut sein müssen, damit Ergebnisse nutzbar, nachvollziehbar und qualitativ sinnvoll sind.
• Ergebnisse prüfen, strukturieren und dokumentieren
  Du bewertest Informationen kritisch, bereitest sie verständlich auf und hilfst dabei, daraus konkrete nächste Schritte abzuleiten.
• CRM- und Datenstrukturen weiterentwickeln
  Du unterstützt dabei, Kontakte, Informationen, Follow-ups und Prozesse im CRM übersichtlicher und besser nutzbar zu machen.
• Interne Prozessübersichten oder kleine Dashboards mitentwickeln
  Du hilfst dabei, Aufgaben, Projektstände oder Informationen so darzustellen, dass alle schneller sehen, was gerade wichtig ist.

• du Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Digital Business, Prozessmanagement, Marketing oder etwas Vergleichbares studierst
• du ein Pflichtpraktikum ab 6 Monaten suchst
• du Lust auf Automatisierung, Prozesse, KI, digitale Tools und CRM-Strukturen hast
• du gerne analysierst, strukturierst und Abläufe verständlicher machst
• du dich dafür interessierst, wie KI Arbeitsprozesse sinnvoll unterstützen kann
