Job Description

Wir bei plus10 entwickeln mit Hopper eine KI-basierte Software zur Optimierung von Spritzgießprozessen. Unsere Lösung analysiert Produktionsdaten in Echtzeit und generiert automatisch Vorschläge zur Reduktion von Ausschuss und Zykluszeit.

Unsere internationalen Kunden setzen Hopper direkt in der Produktion ein – von Automotive bis MedTech. Dabei verbinden wir tiefes Prozessverständnis im Spritzguss mit moderner Datenanalyse und Machine Learning.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Validierung von KI-basierten Optimierungsansätzen (z. B. Parameterempfehlungen)
• Definition und Weiterentwicklung neuer Use Cases und Features für unsere KI-basierten Optimierungstools
• Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Versuchen an Spritzgießmaschinen. Zusammen mit unseren Kunden und Anwendungspartner
• Mitarbeit bei der Einführung unserer Softwarelösung Hopper beim Kunden (Testing, Schulung, Integration)
• Abstimmung mit Kunden und Weitergabe von Anforderungen an unser Produkt-Team
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Schulungsunterlagen, Best Practices und internen Tools

Als voll integrierter Teil unseres Teams arbeitest du an realen Maschinen und Datensätzen und bekommst direktes Feedback aus der Produktion. Du kombinierst Kunststofftechnik mit Datenanalyse und entwickelst praxisnahe Lösungen zur automatisierten Prozessoptimierung.

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

• Laufendes Studium in Kunststofftechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Produktionstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Kunststoffverarbeitung / Spritzgießen
• Grundverständnis für Prozessoptimierung / Versuchstechnik (DoE)
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und Interesse an datengetriebenen Lösungen
• Erfahrung im technischen Umfeld (z. B. Labor, Produktion, Praktika)
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
