In deinem Praktikum dreht sich alles um die Herzstücke unserer Plattform, nämlich die Angebote selbst. Als Teil unseres Category Managements bringst du in unsere Kernbereiche Gesundheit, Familie und Arbeit deine kreative Ader ein, um eigenverantwortlich spannende Inhalte zu gestalten. Somit sorgst du dafür, dass dieser Mehrwert bei hunderttausenden unserer voiio-Mitglieder ankommt und sie in ihren unterschiedlichen Lebensphasen unterstützt.

Das macht deine Position so einzigartig:

• Angebotserstellung: Du wirfst deine eigenen Ideen in den Ring und unterstützt uns aktiv dabei, neue Angebote und Formate für unsere Wellbeing Plattform zu entwickeln und zu gestalten.
• Zielgerichtetes Copywriting: Du schreibst nicht nur informative Ratgeber, sondern optimierst auch gezielt Angebotsbeschreibungen, Überschriften und Keywords. Dein Fokus liegt darauf, Texte so zu gestalten, dass sie unsere Mitglieder direkt ansprechen und zur Nutzung der Angebote motivieren.
• Video-Editing & Design: Du erschaffst visuelle Inhalte für unsere Plattform. Dabei schneidest du kurze Videos, gestaltest Grafiken oder erstellst informative PDFs (z. B. in Canva), um den Content auf unserer Plattform abzurunden.
• Kreative Kampagnen: Du konzipierst und betreust eigenständig Formate wie Gewinnspiele, um das Engagement auf unserer Plattform zu steigern.
• Trend Recherche & KI Tools: Du suchst aktuelle Trends rund um unsere Kernbereiche Gesundheit, Familie und Arbeit. Für deine Recherchen, die Ideenfindung oder erste Skript-Entwürfe nutzt du innovative KI-Anwendungen und bringst große Freude am aktiven Ausprobieren neuer Tools mit.

• Kreativer Kopf & Schreibtalent: Du hast eine stark ausgeprägte kreative Ader, ein Gespür für Storytelling und es fällt dir leicht, komplexe Themen in gut verständliche Texte zu verwandeln.
• Marketing-Affinität: Idealerweise bringst du erste Vorerfahrung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder im Videoschnitt mit.
• Begeisterung für KI: Du hast große Lust, KI-Anwendungen aktiv im Arbeitsalltag für verschiedene Tätigkeiten zu testen und auszuprobieren.

• Arbeitsweise & Mindset: Du arbeitest zuverlässig, denkst strukturiert mit, bringst gerne eigene Vorschläge ein und hast Lust auf die dynamische Hands-on-Mentalität eines Startups.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst fließend und stilsicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift). Gelegentliche Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für dich kein Problem.
