Job Position: Research and Innovation Manager

Salary: €15,000 - €20,000 per month
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Research and Innovation Managers in their daily project and innovation work.
- Conduct research, evaluate, and participate in research projects and funding themes.
- Investigate and develop innovation topics (e.g., in relation to a data-driven development pipeline for autonomous vehicles).
- Participate in the development of methods for the creation of fully autonomous systems through comprehensive vehicle simulation.
- Contribute to the development of testbeds and training environments for the Driverless Challenge, such as Formula Student.
Required Skills:
- Engaged in the field of Engineering, Technology, Automotive, Data Science, or a comparable discipline.
- Interest in vehicle simulation, autonomous driving, and data-driven development.
- Experience with simulation and programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
- Formula Student experience, particularly in the Driverless category – highly desirable.
- Enjoy tackling complex, interdisciplinary problems.
- High motivation, analytical thinking, structured, and self-directed work style.
