Aufgaben

Account Management für mehrere Kund:innen aus verschiedenen Branchen

  • Strategische Führung und Weiterentwicklung mehrerer Kund:innen-Accounts aus verschiedenen Branchen – von der Kommunikationsstrategie bis zur Umsetzung
  • Strategische C-Level Beratung und Medientraining
  • Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von PR-Aktivitäten und crossmedialer Kommunikation
  • Auf- und Ausbau der Beziehungen zwischen Gründer:innen und Journalist:innen zur Optimierung der Außenkommunikation und Erhöhung des Bekanntheitsgrads der Kund:innen
  • Verfassen von Pressemitteilungen, redaktionellen Inhalten, Gastbeiträgen, Statements, Social-Media-Beiträgen, PR-Reportings und Advertorials
  • Organisation von Presseterminen, Interviews und Speaker Placements
  • Markt- & Medienbeobachtung sowie deren Auswertung

Qualifikation

Du begeisterst dich für die Startup-Szene und die Medienlandschaft

  • Du hast Spaß daran, täglich eng mit Gründer:innen, Investor:innen, Journalist:innen und deinem Team zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich PR/Kommunikation auf Agenturseite gesammelt
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, aber auch die Bereitschaft, selbstständig und zielorientiert zu arbeiten
  • Du bringst Begeisterung, Lust auf neue Herausforderungen und eine gewisse Startup-Mentalität mit
