- Coordinating and supervising construction execution in the high/low-rise finishing
- Leading your team and subordinates on-site
- Implementation of the execution plan together with the construction leadership
- Supervising quality, schedules, and safety at the job site
- Material dispatch and tooling
- Documenting progress
What do you bring to the table:
- Training in building major trades with additional training as a Poler/Werkpoler
- Experience in construction execution in high/low-rise finishing
- Leadership skills and hands-on competence
