Our responsibilities include:
- Coordination and monitoring of the construction execution in high- or medium-rise construction
- Leadership of your own crew and subordinates on-site
- Execution of the workload plan together with the construction management
- Monitoring of quality, deadlines, and safety
- Material disposition and equipment setup
- Documentation of the construction progress
What we want you to bring with you:
- Training in the main trade with further training as a Polier/Werkpolier
- Experience in construction execution in high- or medium-rise construction
- Leadership skills and practical competence
- Reliability and team spirit
- Good German language skills
