About the Role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of how businesses automate Accounts Payable and turn financial data into actionable insights. In this role, you won’t just ship features—you’ll define and drive the “Data to Insight” journey for our customers.
You’ll sit at the center of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, shaping a product that integrates deeply within the ERP ecosystem. We’re especially excited about candidates who bring an AI-native mindset and are eager to apply emerging technologies like LLMs and automation to modernize finance workflows.
This is a high-impact, highly visible Individual Contributor role. You’ll own outcomes end-to-end, operate close to the details, and influence teams across the organization to deliver meaningful results.
What You'll Do:
Note: This is a highly visible, strategic Individual Contributor (IC) role. You must be ready to roll up your sleeves, operate in the weeds, and drive outcomes through expertise and influence.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Act as the primary owner of the product lifecycle. You set the direction, write the PRDs, define the acceptance criteria, and groom the backlog with precision.
- Deep Customer Discovery: Personally conduct user interviews and shadow finance teams. You are on the front lines, deeply understanding the daily pain points of AP clerks, Controllers, and CFOs.
- Influence Without Authority: Lead cross-functional pods (Engineering, Design, PMM) by context and conviction. You align disparate teams around a unified sprint goal and ensure high-quality shipping.
- Data & Analytics Harvesting: Dive directly into product analytics and usage data. You don't wait for a report; you find the answers yourself to inform your next iteration.
- Go-to-Market Enablement: Get your hands dirty in the GTM motion. Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to build enablement materials, lead beta programs, and ensure the market understands the "why" behind every release.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
- Experience delivering complex, high-impact products from concept to launch
- Strong understanding of finance operations, especially Accounts Payable, financial controls, or reporting
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar platforms) and how financial data flows through them
- Comfort operating as a senior Individual Contributor, owning your roadmap and driving execution independently
- Experience or strong interest in applying AI/ML and automation to real-world business problems
- Ability to engage with engineering on technical concepts like APIs, system architecture, and data models
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
