Responsibilities
Project In-charge/Site Engineer (Installation):
- Responsibility 1: Overseeing project timelines and ensuring timely completion of installations.
- Responsibility 2: Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technicians, and clients, to address project needs and challenges.
- Responsibility 3: Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and meet client satisfaction.
- Responsibility 4: Conducting regular project status meetings to track progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Responsibility 5: Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project outputs.
Requirements
For this role, we are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or installation engineering.
- Education: A degree in a related field, such as engineering, construction, or project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
