Job Title: Full Stack Developer | Tech Stack: React, Node.js, Python, MongoDB
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our rapidly growing tech team. This role is responsible for designing and implementing complex applications using modern technologies. You will handle the front-end and back-end aspects of our products, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient system performance.
#### Key Responsibilities:
1. Frontend Development:
- Design and implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React components and libraries.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure consistent visual designs across all platforms.
- Debug and optimize front-end code to enhance performance and responsiveness.
2. Backend Development:
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js, ensuring API endpoints are secure, scalable, and performant.
- Implement backend logic using Python for database interactions and automation tasks.
- Optimize database queries and ensure efficient database management practices.
3. Full Stack Integration:
- Work closely with the front-end and back-end development teams to ensure seamless integration of components and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both frontend and backend systems.
4. Database Management:
- Manage and optimize MongoDB to ensure fast and scalable data retrieval.
- Design and implement robust database schema to support the application’s growth.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements by identifying technical gaps and proposing solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks to enhance the application's functionality and performance.
#### Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and backend development with Node.js.
- Experience with MongoDB and its integration with React applications.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Strong debugging skills to identify and fix issues in both frontend and backend environments.
- Project Management:
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver within deadlines.
- Attention to Detail:
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure the application’s stability and performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on complex projects.
