#### Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front-end Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will require you to work closely with the design team to bring our product vision to life, focusing on creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces. You will collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the product is not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-friendly. This position will also involve maintaining and improving existing web applications, ensuring they meet the latest standards and technologies.
#### Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Develop Front-end Components:
- Create and design responsive web pages and interfaces using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Develop and implement features that enhance usability and user experience.
2. Collaborate with Design Team:
- Work closely with designers to translate design concepts into working prototypes.
- Provide feedback to designers to ensure alignment with project goals and user needs.
3. Maintain and Improve Existing Web Applications:
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance performance and accessibility.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to enhance the application.
4. Debug and Optimize Code:
- Debug and troubleshoot issues that arise during development.
- Optimize code to improve performance and reduce loading times.
5. Stay Informed About Industry Standards:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest web technologies and design best practices.
- Contribute to the development of standards and guidelines within the team.
#### Requirements:
1. Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.).
2. Design Skills:
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
3. Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with both designers and developers.
4. Project Management Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools (Git, SVN).
- Ability to manage projects and deadlines effectively.
#### Preferred Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
2. Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
- Experience with mobile app development is a plus.
