We aren't after a conventional franchise manager; instead, we're looking for a creative entrepreneur who can spot growth opportunities, plan, and execute them across all our locations, procurement, and online shop.
You'll be responsible for the procurement side. It's in the hands of our chief pharmacists that all pharmaceutical questions are decided in close consultation – you don't need a pharmaceutical education for that.
Responsibilities
- Spotting and prioritizing growth and optimization opportunities
- Managing projects from idea to completion, including resource, permit, and manpower planning, as well as budgeting and project management
- Example: Increasing revenue through overnight delivery – from the check list (personalities, permits, procedures) to the complete implementation
Strategic planning, product assortment, and procurement
- Spotting trends and bringing new formulations or offerings to market
- Optimizing procurement and negotiating with suppliers
- Strategic decisions for the online shop (product assortment, growth, processes)
Leadership, budget, and team management
- Managing the budget, planning, and enterprise management of projects
- Assigning tasks, coordinating, and motivating the involved teams
- Regularly reviewing accounting and continuously improving processes
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, and the ability to complete projects
- Experience in project management, business development, or a similar role
- No pharmaceutical education is required – you'll resolve pharmaceutical issues in consultation with our chief pharmacists
- Good negotiation skills in procurement and a keen eye for trends and numbers
- Structured and self-reliant working style, enjoying the satisfaction of taking responsibility and leading teams
- Handling numbers, office software, and common digital tools with ease
