Job Description

Wir bei SoftGripping suchen einen Praktikanten im Bereich Robotics Application Engineering (Pflichtpraktikum), der unser Team bei der Entwicklung, Erprobung und Implementierung robotischer Greiflösungen für reale Produktionsumgebungen unterstützt.

In dieser Rolle arbeitest du hands-on an der Schnittstelle von Roboterprogrammierung, CAD-gestützter Entwicklung, Prototyping, Betreuung von Testständen und Applikationsvalidierung.

Tasks

• Unterstützung bei Machbarkeitstests mit realen Produkten, Robotersystemen und SoftGripping-Lösungen
• Mitarbeit bei der Programmierung und Optimierung robotischer Greifanwendungen für kundenspezifische Automatisierungsaufgaben
• Unterstützung bei der CAD-gestützten Auslegung und Anpassung von Greiferkonzepten, Fingergometrien, Adaptern und Testbauteilen
• Mitarbeit beim Rapid Prototyping neuer Anwendungskonzepte und Produktvarianten
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau, der Betreuung und der Weiterentwicklung von Testständen und Applikationsaufbauten für Validierung und interne Entwicklung
• Unterstützung bei Aufbau, Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Testreihen an Roboterzellen und SoftGripping-Testständen
• Mitarbeit bei der Validierung von Greiferkonzepten, Fingerkonfigurationen und applikationsspezifischen Systemlayouts
• Strukturierte Dokumentation von Testergebnissen, Leistungsdaten, technischen Beobachtungen und Handlungsempfehlungen
• Unterstützung bei der Integration von SoftGripping-Greifern und -Controllern in Robotik-Setups und Kundenapplikationen
• Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Greifparametern im Hinblick auf reale Roboterkinematiken, Prozessdynamiken und produktspezifische Handhabungsbedingungen
• Unterstützung der Produktentwicklung durch die Rückführung von Anwendungserkenntnissen in Konstruktion und Engineering
• Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, Berichte, Videos und Testzusammenfassungen für die interne und kundennahe Verwendung

Requirements

• Du bist aktuell in einem Studium der Robotik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, des Maschinenbaus, der Produktentwicklung oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs eingeschrieben.
• Es handelt sich um ein Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen deines Studiums.
• Erste Erfahrungen mit CAD, Prototyping, Robotik, Automatisierung oder technischen Tests sind von Vorteil.
• Du interessierst dich für Roboterprogrammierung, End-of-Arm-Tooling und reale industrielle Anwendungen.
• Du hast eine praktische Hands-on-Mentalität und Interesse daran, technische Systeme aufzubauen, zu testen, zu verbessern und zu validieren.
• Du interessierst dich für mechanische Konstruktion, Testaufbauten und anwendungsorientierte Produktentwicklung.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert und bringst gute Fähigkeiten in der technischen Dokumentation mit.
• Du hast Interesse an interdisziplinärer Arbeit an den Schnittstellen von Mechanik, Pneumatik, Robotik und Automatisierung.
• Du bist neugierig, proaktiv und motiviert, in einem dynamischen Engineering-Umfeld dazuzulernen.
