Wir suchen für unsere Verwaltung in Meppen ab sofort einen
Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d),
als Mutterschutz- und Elternzeitvertretung mit der Option einer Übernahme.
In Deiner Funktion in unserer Kinder- und Jugendhilfeeinrichtung sorgst Du dafür, dass in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und anderen Personalfragen alles rundläuft.
Aufgaben
- Du führst nach Einarbeitung eigenständig die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für einen definierten Personenkreis durch und behältst dabei steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Vorgaben sowie die Fristen im Blick
- Du erstellst entsprechende Vertragsunterlagen und Bescheinigungen aus, pflegst die Personaldaten in unserem System und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher, von den Eintrittsunterlagen bis zum Arbeitszeugnis
- Du informierst Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte über Benefits sowie zu Entgelt- und Vertragsthemen
Qualifikation
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalsachbearbeitung mit Entgeltabrechnung, idealerweise mit DATEV, oder Du verfügst über eine Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Entgeltabrechnung und Personalsachbearbeitung
- Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und sehr genau
- Dir ist der regelmäßige Austausch in unserem Team und damit gegenseitige Unterstützung wichtig
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
