Seit über 16 Jahren sind wir die führende D2C-Plattform für FMCG-Neuprodukte in Deutschland. Mit unseren monatlichen Boxen bringen wir insbesondere Food- und Beverage-Innovationen direkt in die Haushalte zehntausender Konsument:innen – und liefern damit mehr als 600 Konsumgüterherstellern – von Barilla über Just Spices bis Seeberger – wertvolle Trial-Momente, Insights und Awareness.

Nun wollen wir die nächste Wachstumsphase einläuten – mit einem skalierbaren, datengetriebenen D2C-Setup – und hier kommst du ins Spiel!

🚀 Deine Mission & Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Wachstum unserer Performance-Marketing-Aktivitäten bei brandnooz media. Du steuerst und optimierst unsere Paid-Media-Kampagnen kanalübergreifend und sorgst mit datengetriebenen Entscheidungen für profitables Wachstum. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Marketing, Content und externen Partnern zusammen und entwickelst messbare, skalierbare Prozesse.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

Steuerung, Optimierung und Skalierung unserer bezahlten Marketingkanäle (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube und Amazon)

Operative Kampagnensteuerung entlang definierter KPIs wie ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate und Customer Lifetime Value

Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung des gesamten Funnels – von Ad über Landing Page bis Conversion

Analyse und Identifikation der profitabelsten Kampagnen, Zielgruppen und Kanäle

Durchführung von A/B-Tests zur datenbasierten Optimierung von Creatives, Zielgruppen und Funnels

Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von kanalübergreifenden Reports, Dashboards und Performance-Analysen

Aufbereitung von Tracking-, Attribution- und Analyse-Reports

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Content, Social und Brand zur Entwicklung performance-orientierter Werbemittel

Steuerung und Abstimmung mit externen Agenturen, Freelancern und Tool-Anbietern

Qualifikation

🎯 Dein Profil – Das bringst du mit

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Performance Marketing oder Paid Media
  • Sehr gute operative Kenntnisse in Meta Ads und Google Ads
  • Erfahrung mit TikTok Ads, YouTube Advertising oder Amazon Advertising von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs wie ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate und CLV
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Shopify, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Matomo, Tableau oder vergleichbaren Analyse- und Reporting-Tools
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an E-Commerce, digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und datengetriebenem Wachstum
