Unser Unternehmen besteht aus vier Gesellschaften und beschäftigt insgesamt rund 60 Kolleg:innen im Premium-Skincare-Bereich – engagiert, unterstützend und mit viel Leidenschaft für hochwertige Produkte. Wir arbeiten in einem modernen Büro in der Kantstraße in Berlin und bieten die Möglichkeit, bis zu zwei Tage pro Woche remote zu arbeiten.
In der Rolle bist Du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Creative, Performance und Agentursteuerung. Dein Fokus: Ads, die wirklich konvertieren. Du entwickelst nicht nur Inhalte, du verstehst, warum sie funktionieren.
Aufgaben
Performance Creatives (Meta & Google)
- Entwicklung von High-Performing Ad Creatives (Video & Static)
- Schneiden und Optimieren von Ads für Meta & Google
- Testing von Hooks, Angles und Formaten (UGC, Founder Content, Problem-Solution, etc.)
Copy & Skripte
- Schreiben von Ad-Skripten mit starken Hooks und klaren CTAs
- Entwicklung von Messaging entlang der Customer Journey
- Iteration auf Basis von Performance-Daten
Agentursteuerung (Meta)
- Daily Business mit unserer Meta Performance Agentur steuern
- Briefings erstellen und priorisieren
- Sicherstellen, dass die Agentur alle Assets, Infos und Insights erhält
- Qualität der Creatives challengen und verbessern
Data Driven Creative Optimization
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Performance Marketing
- Ableitung von Creative Learnings aus Kampagnen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Conversion durch bessere Creatives
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung: Du hast bereits erfolgreich Performance Ads für Meta (und idealerweise Google/YouTube) erstellt – entweder in einer Agentur oder In-house.
- Editing-Skills: Du beherrscht Video-Editing-Tools (z. B. Premiere Pro, After Effects oder CapCut) und hast ein Auge für Timing und visuelle Dynamik.
- Copywriting-Talent: Du weißt, wie man Texte schreibt, die verkaufen, ohne "marktschreierisch" zu wirken.
- Trend-Gespür: Du lebst auf Social Media und weißt genau, welche Hooks und viralen Mechaniken gerade funktionieren.
- Data Mindset: Du liebst Daten. Du willst wissen, warum ein Creative funktioniert hat und nutzt dieses Wissen für den nächsten Entwurf.
- Hands-on-Mentalität: Du bist proaktiv, arbeitest strukturiert und hast keine Angst davor, Dinge einfach auszuprobieren.
