Wir entwickeln und führen als Bildungsträger personalkommunikative Projekte in den Themenfeldern Prävention, Gesundheit, Bildung und Soziales durch, im Auftrag von Ministerien und weiteren öffentlichen Auftraggebenden. Insgesamt 50 Mitarbeitende arbeiten dazu mit rund 250 freiberuflichen Pädagog:innen und unseren regionalen Netzwerkpartner:innen bundesweit zusammen.

Vorrangig für den Projektstrang BO‑Begleitung SH, mit optionalem Einsatz in weiteren Modulen von komm auf Tour – meine Stärken, meine Zukunft, suchen wir eine motivierte pädagogische Projektkoordination. Der Fokus der Tätigkeit liegt auf der Umsetzung von Workshops mit Schüler:innen und Lehrkräften sowie der kompetenten Koordination und Organisation der Veranstaltungen, unter Einbindung einschlägiger Erfahrungen im Themenspektrum Bildung und/oder Berufliche Orientierung.

Die Stelle ist in Hamburg in Vollzeit ab sofort zu besetzen und zunächst auf 1,5 Jahre befristet. Der Schwerpunkt der Reisetätigkeit liegt in Schleswig‑Holstein; darüber hinaus sind bundesweite Einsätze sowie gelegentliche Präsenztage in unseren Büros in Köln und Berlin möglich. Zudem besteht die Option zum mobilen Arbeiten im Homeoffice.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Moderation und Workshopleitung: Umsetzung von Workshops zur Beruflichen Orientierung und Lebensplanung in Schulen, mit Schüler:innen im Alter von 12-15 Jahren, unter Einbindung von schulischen und außerschulischen Fachkräften, sowie Moderation von Planungstreffen und Lehrkräfteworkshops.
• Projektmanagement und Koordination: Projektmanagement vor, während und nach den schulischen Einsätzen vor Ort, inkl. Planung, Organisation und Koordination, sowie Budgetcontrolling in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen (Schulkommunikation, Verwaltung, freies Personalmanagement, Logistik), eingebunden in das ca. 15-köpfige komm auf Tour Team.
• Steuerung von freiberuflichen pädagogischen Mitarbeitenden zur qualitativen Umsetzung der vorbereiteten Workshops.
• Qualitätsmanagement und Dokumentation: Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards der pädagogischen Leistungen und Überprüfung der Einhaltung, sowie Erstellung von Protokollen und Dokumentationen.

Das bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und/oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in den Themenfeldern Pädagogik, Bildung, Soziales, Prävention.
• Pädagogisch-Didaktische Kompetenzen & Erfahrung mit den Zielgruppen im Setting Schule.
• Erfahrungen in der Koordination von Projekten im Bildungs- oder Gesundheitsbereich, idealerweise mit thematischem Bezug zu Beruflicher Orientierung und/oder Lebensplanung.
• Ausgeprägte Sensibilität für gesellschaftlich und sozial relevante Themen.
• Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Professionalität und souveränes Auftreten.
• Selbstorganisation: Eigenständige, sorgfältige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft.
• PKW-Führerschein (Klasse B)
