Job Description
Your mission
We are currently looking for an Operations Manager-Dutch speaking (m/f/d) to join our office in Sofia, Prague, Halle, Munich or Berlin.
As an Operations Manager-Dutch speaking (m/f/d), you will take on overall responsibility for setting up and further developing a customer service project for one of our renowned clients. In doing so, you will design processes from scratch, develop scalable structures and manage several team leads and their remote teams. Furthermore, you see yourself not only as a project manager, but also as an active driver for the further development of our entire operations setup.
Strategy & Process Development You will develop operational structures from the ground up and define clear, scalable processes across the entire customer journey. In doing so, you will identify inefficiencies, prioritise areas for action and implement sustainable solutions.
Project & Account Management (with a business focus) You will manage projects holistically – both operationally and strategically – and act as the central point of contact for our clients. In doing so, you always keep the business objectives in mind and actively drive projects forward.
Leadership & Organisational Development You lead team leads as well as permanent and freelance staff, set clear targets, establish regular feedback structures and continuously develop your organisation. In doing so, you create an environment where personal responsibility and performance go hand in hand.
Data-driven management & decision-making You analyse relevant KPIs, derive well-founded actions and make operational decisions independently. In doing so, you prioritise effectively and ensure swift, effective implementation.
Stakeholder management & interface coordination You will work closely with internal functions such as Recruiting, Training, Quality and Tech, coordinate all stakeholders and ensure smooth operations. In doing so, you will act as a catalyst and a connecting interface.
Strategic development of the operational setup You actively contribute to the further development of processes, structures and operating models beyond individual projects and help to scale our organisation sustainably.
Your skillset
- Experience & Background You have solid experience in operations or project management and, ideally, have already independently established or further developed structures or processes.
- Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen You think entrepreneurially, quickly identify interconnections and develop solutions that are both operationally effective and economically sound.
- Ownership & Decision-Making You take responsibility, drive initiatives forward independently, set clear priorities and make well-founded decisions even in dynamic situations.
- Communication & Leadership You communicate clearly, engagingly and on an equal footing (in German and English) and are able to motivate, align and develop teams – remotely.
- Structure & Flexibility You work in an organised and solution-oriented manner, remain capable of taking action even in complex situations, and adapt quickly to new requirements.
Your winning deal
- Your benefits: In addition to 30 days of vacation, we also offer you a job lunch allowance (€69 per month), a “Givve” card (topped up with €50 per month), discounts via “Corporate Benefits”, the option of leasing a JobRad, pension contributions (occupational pension & VL) and great team and company events.
- Your workplace__:__ You will work in a flexible, hybrid model from one of our dog-friendly and modern offices and will have the opportunity to do “work from abroad” within the EU for 2 weeks a year (*only applies to employees with an EU passport)
- Your footprint: A position in a profitable company where you have the freedom and confidence to help shape it and work with us on the “future of work”____.
- The values__:__ We score highly with an open, authentic culture and a high-performing and humorous team that is already looking forward to making bold decisions with you and breaking new ground that will lead us to sustainable success.
