Job Description

IDIMEX Germany gehört zur IDIMEX-Gruppe, einem Familienunternehmen, das 1989 von der Familie Bukenberger gegründet wurde.

Wir sind auf den Online-Verkauf von Möbeln spezialisiert. Ein Großteil der Möbel, die wir verkaufen, stammt aus unserer eigenen Produktionsstätte in Brasilien und wird aus FSC-zertifiziertem Holz hergestellt.

Für unseren Standort in Ohlsbach, suchen wir einen einen Mitarbeiter im Online Marketing (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Social Media, für unser Marketingteam.

Aufgaben

Als Mitarbeiter im Online Marketing - mit Schwerpunkt Meta - Performance & Design (m/w/d) wirst du Teil eines 3-köpfigen Teams und bist für die folgenden Aufgaben zuständig:

• Performance Marketing & Advertising

Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Umsetzung von Performance-Marketing-Maßnahmen auf Social Media – mit besonderem Fokus auf Meta. Du planst, erstellst und optimierst Kampagnen eigenständig und zielgerichtet. Dabei hast du alle relevanten KPIs stets im Blick und leitest datenbasierte Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab, um die Performance kontinuierlich zu steigern.

• Management der UGC Creatorn und Influencern

Du suchst eigenständig nach neuen passenden UGC-Creatorn und Influencer, übernimmst die Kommunikation, Briefing, Freigabe sowie das Cutting der Videos.

• Erstellung von Creatives

Du konzipierst und erstellst performancestarke Creatives (Video & Static) für Social‑Media‑ und Ad‑Kanäle und optimierst diese kontinuierlich anhand von Performance‑Kennzahlen.

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung/Studium im Marketing-Bereich oder passende Berufserfahrung
• Affinität für digitales Marketing
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Meta Ads
• Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Design, Layout und visuelle Details
• Teamfähigkeit, Motivation, Eigenständigkeit und Kreativität
• Erfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce
