Deine Position

Als Office & Feelgood Manager/in (m/w/d) in München bist du im wesentlichen für unsere Officefläche in der Pacellistraße verantwortlich und kümmerst dich im Team um:

• Bestellmanagement und Verpflegung: Koordination von Bestellungen und Verpflegung für die Mitarbeitenden vor Ort
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Unterstützung beim Onboarding/Offboarding von Mitarbeitern, inklusive Life-Cycle-Management der Hardware
• Die Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe vor Ort: Verantwortung für den Büroalltag und alle administrativen Aufgaben (unter anderem Post Management & Support des People Ops Teams)
• Ansprechpartner:in für externe Dienstleister: Koordination von Handwerkern und Gebäudemanagement
• Verwaltung von Schlüsseln, Zugängen und Arbeitsplätzen
• Optimierung: Du schaust dir bestehende Prozesse an und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Office Managements ein
• Feelgood: Du gestaltest aktiv eine positive und moderne Office-Kultur mit Du bist erste Ansprechperson für das Team und sorgst dafür, dass sich alle rundum wohl fühlen. Du hast einen guten Draht zu unseren Dienstleistern und sorgst so insgesamt für reibungslose Abläufe auf unseren Officeflächen.

Dein Profil

• Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in den Bereichen Event-/Projektmanagement, Office Management, HR oder vergleichbar
• Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in den genannten Bereichen und kennst die üblichen Abläufe
• Du bist hands-on, strukturiert und gut organisiert
• Du bist kommunikativ, offen, gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und hast Spaß bei der Arbeit
• Die Bereitschaft, täglich vor Ort im Office zu arbeiten empfindest du als selbstverständlich
• Du beherrschst Deutsch absolut fließend in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse (insb. Englisch) sind willkommen
