Project Manager - Full Stack Developer
Overview
We are seeking a talented Project Manager with full-stack development expertise to join our dynamic tech team. As the Project Manager, you will lead the development process, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure project deliverables meet client requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Develop, plan, and execute project timelines with high-level client input.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively based on project importance and client needs.
- Conduct regular project status meetings to review progress, address issues, and make necessary adjustments.
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring all stakeholders have access to critical project information.
Team Management
- Lead and motivate a team of developers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide project updates to the team, including progress reports, risk assessments, and issue resolutions.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback.
Technical Expertise
- Proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, including React, Angular, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong understanding of database management systems, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban boards.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and continuous integration processes.
Client Interaction
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Actively listen to client feedback and make necessary adjustments to project plans.
- Facilitate regular client meetings to keep them informed about project progress and any concerns.
- Coordinate with clients to address any issues that arise during the project.
Quality Assurance
- Develop and maintain test plans and scripts to ensure project quality.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code refactoring and optimization to improve code efficiency.
- Implement automated testing tools to increase the reliability of the software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and full-stack development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to mentor and coach team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and effectively communicate with clients and other team members.
- Proficiency in English and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
