Aufgaben

• Erste Ansprechperson für Kunden rund um Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen und technische Fragestellungen
• Analyse bestehender Netzwerkumgebungen sowie Ableitung konkreter Anforderungen und Optimierungspotenziale
• Entwicklung individueller Lösungsstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen
• Konzeption moderner Netzwerk- und Security-Architekturen auf Basis von HPE Networking, Cisco und LANCOM
• Umsetzung von Lösungen in den Bereichen Core, Edge und WLAN sowie in den Themen NAC und ZTNA
• Begleitung von Projekten über den gesamten Lifecycle hinweg – von der Beratung über die Implementierung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe
• Aufbau und Pflege einer vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehung als Trusted Advisor für unterschiedliche Branchen (Mittelstand, Enterprise, öffentliche Auftraggeber etc.)

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Netzwerk- oder Systemadministration
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk-Infrastrukturkomponenten
• Starkes Interesse an Netzwerk- und Security-Technologien sowie deren Weiterentwicklung
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung mit sicherem Auftreten im Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
